It is a requirement that Human Resource Managers have access to and can set up their staff information which includes chargeable rates, remuneration, review dates and statutory employment details.
The following details the initial process of adding Human Resources as an employee activity and authorising the activity.
For users with Human Resource Manager authorisation a Human Resource Menu item is visible for all Service Delivery activities. Administrator and General Manager authorisation groups may be ordinarily configured for your CompleteEmpire subscription.
You must be logged in as a System Administrator. Refer to How to Add and Edit an Employees Account Activity
- Use Supersearch to find your account after logging in as a Subscription Administrator. Open the account at the Edit view.
- Within the Activities window click Employee to open the drop down list.
- Click Authorisations to open the Authorisations window
- Place mouse within the Authorisation Groups window and select {Human Resource Manager} from the drop down list.
- Click [OK] to save.
