Explore Inventory Balances
Updated on
- Click {Supply Chain} < {Inventory Balances} to open the inventory balance grid view.
- List of the inventory of products within the selected Supply Source.
- The search panel opens automatically and can be used to quickly filter Date and Supply Source.
- Quick Action button group for the Product view..
- [Calculate Balance] - Calculates the opening balance, products produced, transferred and shipped
- [Close Balance] - Confirm the actual closing balance and locks balance for the day
- [View Adjustment Report] -
- [View Transactions] - Provides a list of all shipments, productions and transferred
- [Refresh]
- Products in inventory
- Opening Balance.
- Amount produced by the Supply Source.
- Total amount transferred in and out of the supply source.
- Amount shipped through product sales.
- Opening Balance + produced + transferred + shipped.
- Adjustment from estimated closing to actual closing.
- Reason for adjustment.
- Actual amount of product remaining in supply source.
- Click [Apply Changes]
