The Calendar view links all your work activities and all appointments can now be displayed in your Calendar.
The CompleteEmpire calendar is fully integrated with your Microsoft 365 Outlook Calendar and you can import and export your entries to and from your Outlook Calendar once you have linked to your Microsoft Account.
Finding your way around the Calendar view
- Click {Calendar} in the Main Menu to open the Calendar View.
- Calendar View header - see below for details.
- Calendar Grid view.
- Current time of day marker.
Calendar View header
Left hand details:
- Click to re focus the current displayed grid view on today's date. Left and right arrows advance the calendar view in increments dependent on the view displayed i.e. day, week, month.
- The current displayed date(s) range in the calendar grid view.
- Current timezone/location.
- Search - enter a alphanumeric search term to search within the displayed grid view. This will exclude all unmatched appointments.
Right hand details
- Click [Export to iCal] the floppy disc icon - saves the selected appointment date, time and in a cross platform format with name/extension Appointment.ics
- Click [Sync with your Calendar Provider] - opens the import window. Alternate to using the [Left Arrow] open right slide panel.
- Hours displayed - business hours or full day
- Select the vertical scale - 5,10, 15 or 30 minutes time. Default is 30 minutes or your last selection.
- Select the horizontal scale - day/work week/week or a list view.
- Select Agenda view - lists presentation of your appointments for the Current week.
- Click [Refresh] to refresh screen after changes.
Agenda View
- Click [Agenda] to view of your appointments as a list for the current day or /week as per the selected date range.
Right Side Panel

- Click [Right Arrow] blue to open and grey to close window icon - open/close the import window. Or alternate use:
- [Sync with your Calendar Provider] - opens the import window. How to Sync your Calendar to Outlook
- [Sign in with Microsoft] - to sync from your connected Microsoft Outlook 365 calendar.
