The Finances module of CompleteEmpire facilitates the management of finance opportunities through lodgement and successful processing of all lending related finance activities.
User of the finance work module who have a DocuSign account associated with their CompleteEmpire subscription can send documents for eSigning including the Fact Find.
- From the Main Menu click {Finances} - to open the Finances view.
- Search for clients using the search panel. Opens automatically when opening the Finances view. At least one filter or search criteria needs to be entered for a result. Use the Open/Close panel arrow icon.
- Finances Quick action button group.
- Finances Grid View - Lists of client by that can be sorted by column header.
- Grid headings are interactive and can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking once. The grid column titles can also be sorted by clicking on the (ellipses) three dots to the right of the title.
- A drop-down box appears and the user can also choose to remove or add column headings to change the grid view.
- Columns can be reordered by clicking and holding down the mouse on the grid title and dragging it into its new position. Column widths can be adjusted by clicking and dragging the vertical border of the grid title.
Finances Quick action button group.
- [View Summary] - open to the Summary view. Refer to Explore the Finances Summary view
- [Create New] - create new finance work. Refer to Create New Finance work
- [Edit] - opens to the Edit view. Refer to Explore the Finances Edit view
- [Split] - opens a window to enable split loans (ie mix of fixed and variable).
- [Fact Find] - opens the Finance Fact Find process.
- [Delete] - deletes the finance work. Requires a Yes/No acknowledgment.
- [Restore] - with full admin access credentials this button can be used to view and restore deleted clients.
- [Refresh] - refresh the grid view after changes.
