The Home Building module is a tool for listing and managing individual developments and property designs. Customise using your Lookups to create your own build or development type and add design range categories and key property features. Once created your property can be linked to your web portals and website. Use the Sales module for existing properties and Developments module for multi unit and strata development projects.

  1. Click {Home Buildings}>{Home Designs} in the main menu to open the Home Designs view.
  2. Home Buildings Work Area Header.
  3. Home Buildings Work Area Quick button group.
  4. Search Panel - Opens automatically when the Home Buildings view is selected.
  1. The Advanced Search Bar is automatically opens in the Home Design view. Close using the [Right Close Arrow] a grey icon to the left of the Search Panel header.
  2. Grid headings are interactive and can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking once. The column which has been sorted will be marked with an arrow – up for ascending and down for descending.
  3. The grid column titles can also be sorted by clicking on the (ellipses) three dots to the right of the title.
  4. A drop-down box appears and the user can also choose to remove or add column headings to change the grid view.
  5. Columns can be reordered by clicking and holding down the mouse on the grid title and dragging it into its new position. Column widths can be adjusted by clicking and dragging the vertical border of the grid title.

Home Buildings Work Area Quick button group.

  1. [View Summary] - Opens the highlighted Sale enquiry in the Sale Enquiry Summary view.
  2. [Create New]  -  Opens the New Sale Enquiry window.
  3. [Edit] - Opens the highlighted sale enquiry in the Sales Edit view.
  4. [Bin] - Deletes the highlighted sale enquiry. Opens a confirmation window "Are you sure?" Yes/No.
  5. [Refresh] - Refresh the displayed screen to review changes.
  1. The Advanced Search Bar is automatically opens in the Home Design view.
  2. Use [Right Close Arrow] a grey icon to the left of the Search Panel header to close the Search Panel.
  3. At least one search field criteria must be selected or entered to enable the database search.
  4. Clear the search fields clicking [Clear Search] or the Clear Search link at top right.
