Creating a "New Home Design" is a process to add a property design, a single development i.e a house land project, a block for sale or any combination other than an existing property sale or a multi unit development. The module is not limited to homes either as with the use of Lookups the module can be customised to suit your needs.
- From the Home Designs view click the [Create New] button in the Quick Action toolbar.
- Complete the required {Name} field and the remaining details.
- Click [OK] to save which will open the Home Designs Edit view.

- Complete further details (if not already prefilled). Add private notes.
- Click [Save] to save changes.
The profile tab allows you to prepare the information that will appear on your linked web sites via the web portals that have been subscribed to and set up by your administrators. The layout and presentation of information is totally client configurable. Controls are provided to manage the profile and publication to the web.
- Enter your Profile details noting that this information will appear on your website if linked.
- Enter text required for the public profile detailed description.
- Website - enter the website URL.
- Complete the public details noting that you can use Lookups to manage the criteria selections.
- {Is this design for a display home} - tick if this is a search criteria presented on your website.
- {Is approved by the administrator?} - tick if approved for release.
- {Can be displayed on the website?} - tick to confirm display of the public website.[Save] - click to save your updated profile.
- Click [Save] to save changes.
Add images by dragging and dropping or selecting from your computer.

- [Select files] to open a new file browser window.
- To add documents to the work there are three options:-
- [Select files] to open a new file browser window to add external documents to to the work of the account. Or...
- Drag and drop into the marked box or...
- [Attach Document(s) from DMS} - click to open the DMS search window. Search the DMS entering at least 3 characters and filter using tags to locate your files and attach to profile.
- To search within the attached documents:-
- Search within documents that have been attached to the work for the account.
- Filter using tags that have been added to the document attached to the work for the account
- [Search] - to search within documents that have been attached to the work for the account.
- [Clear Search] to clear the search criteria, text and tags.
- Sort filtered results by file name or upload date.
