Feedback Request View

We value your feedback and encourage you to use [Bug] button visible on every view within CompleteEmpire to provide your feedback to the development team.

Find the [Bug] button at the bottom right of your screen.

Use the [Bug] to report any bugs, bright ideas you may have, how to questions on usage, new feature requests or ideas for new widgets.

You can view all of your feedback submissions through the Requests view. You can use the pen icon to view and edit the request. The status on the right hand side will be updated as our development team work through your requests. Any request status that say ‘resolved’ require you to open the request and read the notes left by the development team. This is the quickest way to correspond with the development team however you can also speak to your client services representative regarding any urgent issues.

Request View

  1. Request ID auto assigned to your feedback report.
  2. To add a report from this view click [+] Create New to open the Feedback message window. Refer Creating a Feedback Report
  3. To edit an existing report click [Pen] Edit to open the selected  feedback report or you can double click the report in the list view.

Feedback Submission -example

You can edit your submission, ass more details if requested by the development team and check on the answers the development team have given and then proceed to accept and verify the resolution provided.
