The Advanced Search view is an additional search tool to find ALL Entries of name, mobile or email address within CompleteEmpire.
Advanced Search view
- To open the Advanced Search in the Main Menu click {System}>{Advanced Search}
- The Advanced Search Panel - defaults to open. Search by name, email or phone number. Enter at least 3 characters to initiate the search.
- [Goto Section] - highlight the line entry of interest and either click [Goto Section] or double click to open the account at the Account Edit view.
- Each of the grid headings are interactive and can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking once. The column which has been sorted will be marked with an arrow – up for ascending and down for descending.
Accounts are indicated by the head and shoulders icon, entities by the double head and shoulders icon. Search results missing description entries are often due to being within the unsubscribes database.
