Custom Reports allows you to create your own report templates. See Create a new Custom Report and to view and use reports that have been shared with you.
CompleteEmpire provides a range of Standard Report templates that are grouped by activity. All users will have standard report templates for CRM, Opportunities, Connect and System. further report templates are available dependent on your role and activities that you are assigned to you by your administrator.
My Reports tab
- Click {Reports}>{Custom Reports} to open the Custom Reports view.
- Enter search criteria to display matching reports in the grid view.
- Tabs for My Reports and Shared Reports - former lists the reports that you have personally created whilst shared reports have been shared with you and cannot be edited.
- My Reports Toolbar - Quick access buttons.
Note that your Search panel will have different search fields related to the context of the underlying Work Area. It also can depend on your user account login credentials and the access you have to the many available work modules within the CompleteEmpire ecosystem.

- [Run] - Run the selected report.
- [Create New] - create a new report.
- [Clone] - clone an existing report.
- [Build] - opens the report builder to allow you to design layout, build report and add filters.
- [Favourite]/[Un-Favourite] - if a shared report is marked as a favourite it will appear in the My report view with an asterisk. Use this button to toggle favourites.
- [Share] - toggle share/unshare the report with other users.
- [Delete] - delete the report.
- [Refresh] - refresh the view when changes have been made.

Search in report contents
Search in report contents feature
- Search in report contents button opens the window to the right.
- Type in the Find field to start process of searching the displayed report.
- Search filters for Match Case, Match Whole Word or Use REGEX.
- Results window - click to jump to result in report.
- Result is highlighted in the preview.

- Company logo as set by your System Administrator.
- Company Name and corporate colours are determined by your System Administrator
- Report name and period. The search filters used are listed.
- Standard footer date/time and page references.
