CompleteEmpire provides tools to allow you to create customised report templates to use in your daily activities or to share with others. The feature uses a Report Builder module within the Custom Reports view. Your Custom Reports or existing Shared Reports can be cloned and modified to suit your particular requirements.
Open the Custom Reports view
- Click {Reports}>{Custom Reports} to open the Custom Reports view.
- If the report you wish to use is not listed in the grid view use the search panel to assist. Enter search criteria to display matching reports in the grid view.
- Click to highlight the report that you wish to run, edit, clone, share or delete.
- Click [Run] to open the report (or double click highlighted report to run)
My Reports
- Filter selection panel will open automatically or on selection of the left (grey) right (blue) arrow.
- The filters presented will be as selected when you created the report and will be relevant to the report type.
- Click [Preview] - Generates the report after selection of your filters.
- To modify your report click [Build] to return to the Report Builder.

- Click [Preview] to preview of the report, prior to printing.

- Click [Print] - prepares to the report for printing using your preferred printer.
Export Report as a PDF

- Click [Export] - select format e.g. export as a PDF to download within your browser.

- Company logo as set by your System Administrator.
- Company Name and corporate colours are determined by your System Administrator
- Report name and period. The search filters used are listed.
- Standard footer date/time and page references.
