Viewing Reports and Searching within Reports

CompleteEmpire provides a range of Standard Report templates that are grouped by activity.  All users will have standard report templates for CRM, Opportunities, Connect and System. Additional report groups will depend on your role and activities that you are assigned by your administrator.

Standard Report

Note that the view that you are presented with will depend on your user account login credentials and the access you have to the many available work modules within the CompleteEmpire ecosystem.

  1. Click Reports>Standard Reports to open the Standard Reports view

Standard Reports are grouped by area and those available depend on your work activity areas.

  1. Click on the report name to open and proceed to generate your report.

Filter selection panel will open on selection. The filters presented will be relevant to the report in question.Display Options (if applicable and available) includes the ability to include your notes in the report.

  1. Click [Preview]  -  Generates the report after selection.
  1. Click [Toggle Print Preview] to preview printed version of the report.

Searching within a report

  1. Click [Search] to open the {Search in report contents} window on the right.
  2. Type your search parameters noting that you can also [Match Case], [Match Whole Word] or using regular expressions [Use Regex] by selecting the options below the entry field.
  3. Results will be highlighted and listed in the Results table.
