Explore the Development Summary view

The Development Summary view details the current status and summarises the sales activity, development details, contacts and campaign expenses. Documents associated with the development are available as well and can be quickly added or edited. The current status of the development can be updated quickly from this view.

Summary view

To see the Development Summary view double click the development as listed in the Developments view or click to highlight and click the [Summary View] button in the Developments view quick button group.

Work Area Summary Header and Menu

  1. Development Summary  -  key details about the Development including the current status
  2. [Actions]  -  access the Real Estate Portals to view and upload the development details for online access.
  3. [Edit] button to quickly open the Development edit view.
  4. Development Work Area Menus  -  Shortcuts to the relevant area of interest within the work area.

Displays a summary view of the work and current status of each stage of the work

View linked campaigns for the development to track marketing costs

Contacts Lists Contacts linked to the development. Allows tracking of  all relevant people on a project (architect, engineer etc) allowing you to quickly see important communications (such as variations or issues).

Notes
View notes related to the development

  1. Use the [Change Status] button to update the development status using the drop down selection.

Details tab summarises all important information related to the development

  1. Development Name.

Work Flow Plan tab details the estimated and actual start/finish dates.

Expand or collapse content Unit Layout

The Unit Layout {Layout Tab} offers a simple view of how developments of multi unit dwellings are laid out from vertical perspective viewpoint.   The Unit Layout {List Tab} offers a simple list view of all units and their current sales status. Views can be further refined using the Stage filter if the project is built or being sold in stages. Editable labels will help to explain the presentation of the unit layout.

  1. Select the view  -  [Layout] as a grid or [ List as a list.
  2. [Filter by Stage]   -   filter the view by the previously configured project  stages, development, release or block.
  3. The grid view labels (hover labels) can be edited to provide clarity to the view.
  4. Quickly review the key details of the unit by hovering the cursor over the unit number.
  5. [View Summary]  -  Opens the Unit Summary view for more detail on the unit selected.
  6. [Refresh]  -  Refresh the displayed screen to review changes.

Lists the marketing campaigns associated with the development.

  1. Click the arrow to reveal expense details.

The Sale Activities tab summarises the various progress steps of unit sales using search criteria to narrow the listed units.

  1. Enter the unit number to find a specific unit
  2. Use the drop down menu  to focus the list on the current units status. e.g. display settled units only
  3. [Refresh]  -  Refresh the displayed screen to review changes.

Lists Contacts linked to the development. Allows tracking of all relevant people on a project (architect, engineer etc) allowing you to quickly see important communications (such as variations or issues).

  1. Contact Name, contact type, contact details and location.
  2. [Edit]  -  click to open at the Developments Edit view  - Contacts tab. Use to add further contacts associated  with the development

To add documents to the work there are three options:-

  1. [Select files] to open a new file browser window to add external documents to to the work of the account. Or...
  2. Drag and drop into the marked box or...
  3. Search the DMS - enter at least 3 characters and filter using tags to locate your files and attach to the work for the account.

To search within the attached documents:-

  1. Search within documents that have been attached to the work for the account.
  2. Filter using tags that have been added to the document attached to the work for the account
  3. [Search] - to search within documents that have been attached to the work for the account.
  4. [Clear Search] - to clear the search criteria, text and tags.
  5. Sort filtered results by file name or upload date.

  2. Notes added in the Developments Edit view  -  Details tab will be displayed here
