Unit details refer to individual units and the details section is pre populated from information already entered from the Stages, Unit Type and Unit Layout tabs. Not withstanding the pre-populated information everything can be edited in the unit detail edit view. Changes here will be reflected throughout the Development module. From the Unit Edit view tabs allow images relevant to the selected unit to be added as well as pre and post sales documentation. The Status of the property sale can be updated.
Details tab
- Edit any field as necessary.
- Update the Status
- Add private notes for reference.
- Click [Save] to save any changes.
Images tab
To add images there are two options:-
- Drag and drop into the marked box or use...
- [Select files] to open a new file browser window.
Documents tab
To add documents there are three options:-
- [Select files] to open a new file browser window to add external documents to to the development account. Or...
- Drag and drop into the marked box or...
- Search the DMS - enter at least 3 characters and filter using tags to locate your files and attach to the development.
