Exploring the Products View

Products can be added to the Product Sales module within CompleteEmpire and are visible using the products view. From this view, products can be added, edited and viewed in detail. The Products Sales module can be configured to quickly and easily manage low volume product sales by your business. It is a tool to manage stock, product prices and discontinued stock. The search panel can be used to filter products using a number of applicable criteria. At least one criteria needs to be selected.

  1. Click {Product Sales} < {Products} to open the  products grid view.
  2. List of the products added to the product sales.
  3. The search panel opens automatically and can be used to quickly filter and locate products listed.
  4. Quick Action button group for the Product view..
  1. [View Summary]  -  Opens the highlighted property in the Property Summary view.
  2. [Create New]  -  select to add a new item to the product list.
  3. [Edit]  -  Opens the highlighted product in the product Edit view.
  4. [Delete]  -  click to delete the product.
  5. [Refresh]  -  use to refresh the view after changes.
  1. The Advanced Search Panel is automatically opens in the Properties view.
  2. Use [Right Close Arrow] a gray icon to the left of the Search Panel header to close the Search Panel.
  3. The date range can be selected and chosen using the tick box and calendar selection field. Note at least one search field criteria must be selected or entered to enable the database search. Searches by Sales Agent will require the Agents Agency to be selected first.
  4. [Clear Search]  - click to clear the search either at the top or bottom of the Search panel.
