Exploring the Product Sales Summary View

The Store module within CompleteEmpire is configured to quickly and easily manage low volume product sales by your business. It is a tool to manage stock, create tax invoices and receipts, track payments, shipping, print and manage shipping labels.

To process a clients order:  1. Create the invoice and add the products from your inventory; 2. Review and send invoice; 3. Receive and enter payment details; 4. Print shipping labels; 5 Ship goods.

Summary Enquiry View

  1. To see the Product Sales Summary view double click the selected entry as listed in the list of the sales in the . Alternatively select the entry and click [View Summary] in the Work Quick button group.

Work Area Edit Header and Menu

  1. Sales  Summary  -  key details about the Sale including the current status of the sale.
  2. [Actions]  -  quick access for creation of a new contact log or a new document from a template and view third party linked service logs.
  3. [Edit] button to quickly open the Sales edit view.
  4. Assign {Hot}, {Warm} or {Cool} status to the Sales Enquiry as appropriate.
  5. Sales Work Area Menus  -  Shortcuts to the relevant area of interest within the work area. **Note that the shortcuts will change dependent on the property type and the status of the sale process.

A place for your notes on file for the sale.

Work Flows

Status panel indicating current status, when updated and by whom, current alerts and change status action button

  1. [Change status]  -  us to progress the sale through predefined stages. Refer to Lookups for details of how to customise.

Details

  1. Add and edit additional details relating to the sale that have not been added during opportunity/sales enquiry processes.
  2. Purchase Order Number.
  3. Total cost of the sale.
  4. Click is sale has been confirmed.
  5. Add any private notes.
  6. Click if the record has been deleted.
  7. Click [Save] to save your additions and edits.

Customer

Customer account details and access to the account history and filters. Depending on your users access privileges there are a number additional tabs to reassign the sales account, edit the account, edit the customer activity, complete a customer survey and change subscription status.  

Products

Displays all items, quantities, fees and costs related to the sale

  1. [Edit]  -  click to edit the selected payment or add new entry . Opens in the Sales Edit view.

Activity Logs

Activity/Contact Logs are the records  of your contact activity within Complete, showing the details and current status for the client. Refer to Creating a Contact Log in a specific Work Area

  1. [Create New]  -  opens the Sales Edit View at the Contact Log panel where you can create a new contact.

Opportunities

Lists opportunities created from your interaction with the buyer. Refer to How to Create a New Opportunity

  1. [Create New]  -  opens the Sales Edit View at the Opportunity panel where you can create a new contact

Contacts

With a property transactions there will be many third parties who will be involved and the Contacts section allows for their details to be recorded in one place and to be associated with the sale.

  1. [Edit]  -  click to edit the selected contact or add new entry. Opens in the Sales Edit view.

Documents

To add documents to the work there are four options:-

  1. [Attach Document(s) from DMS - select from the uploaded documents available to you within the DMS
  2. [Select files] to open a new file browser window to add external documents to to the work of the account. Or...
  3. Drag and drop into the marked box.
  4. Click [Enable External Upload]/[Enable External Download] to enable and share link for your client or coworkers to upload/download external files themselves. Refer to DMS External Upload

To search within the attached documents:-

  1. Search within documents that have been attached to the work for the account.
  2. Filter using tags that have been added to the document attached to the work for the account
  3. [Filter By Externally Uploaded Documents]  - filters the list to show externally uploaded documents only.
  4. [Search] - start search within documents that have been attached to the work for the account.
  5. [Clear Search] to clear the search criteria, text and tags.
  6. Sort filtered results by file name or upload date.
  7. Display as a list or a grid view.

Notes

  1. [Edit]  -  click to edit/add notes. Opens in the Sales Edit view.
