Creating and adding a new product sale is a simple and quick process. Key information can be quickly entered and saved. Further details are added using the product sale Edit view at any time. product sale's that have been added to the product  sales database are visible and searchable using the product sale view in CompleteEmpire.

To create an product sale that is for sale in CompleteEmpire there are two choices.

1. From any view click [Create New] in the always present Quick Action button group in the work are header.
2. Select {Product for Sale} in the drop down list to open the New product sale window.   

Alternatively proceed to the Product Sales module.

1. Click {Product Sales}>{Product Sales} in the Main Menu
2. Click [Create New]   -  to open the New Product sale window.

3. Choose the Retailer that will be marketing the product from the drop down list
4. Select the operating location for the product sale.
5. Choose the Sales Representative that will be making the sale from the drop down list if applicable.
6. The Enquiry Date will auto select to the date in which you are creating the new Product Sale enquiry.
7. Choose the Customer that is associated with the sale. Note: If the enquiry is made from an opportunity the customer will auto select
8. If the customer does not have an account in CompleteEmpire, press the [+] and you will be able to create a customer account during the proccess
9. Click [Next] to save the product sales details. This will open the product selection. Refer to

10. Click the [+] button to add a product to the product sale.
11. Choose the Product for the sale.
12. Choose the Quantity of the product selected. Note - The unit price and shipping fee will auto fill.
13. Click the save icon to secure the product to the sale.
14. Click [Next] to save the product details. This will open the Product Sales Edit View.
