Setting Up Your CompleteEmpire System

As with any powerful mechanism used in business, the simplicity of use comes largely from the time and effort taken to  implement and install the system. CompleteEmpire is a fully integrated database and management system that will give you far more business visibility  than others, so it is important to get things right at the start. This guide will provide you with the key issues and considerations to achieve a lower stress implementation

Subscription Configuration

For the back end system set up, we will require the following information:

  • Internal administrator name & contact.
  • Subscription/Company name.
  • Company logo & corporate colours.
  • Modules required: Developments, Syndicates, Sales, Rentals, Taxes, Finance, Connect.

Data Migration

A review of current data storage and operational systems so that we can review and assess the easiest way to transfer  your historical records into the new system.

Look Ups & Reference Information

A review of key reference items to identify and make available as standard items for future data entry and collation. These will have familiarity to your current business “language”, terminology and processes.

This will include:

  • System settings.
  • Currency.
  • Welcome email texts.
  • Email templates.
  • Other standard operating information relevant to your client management and business operations.

Operating Accounts and Information

You will need to enter all relevant key data and references for future users including:

  • Head & branch offices.
  • List of staff requiring logins, their role and level of access.
  • Key Contacts and activity partners (with access if desired).

Public Website Integration

You can decide on the required level of integration to your current public websites and assess any redesign or use of plugin’s to improve your efficiency and opportunity management.

Training

Assess the need for training of your team with a focus on the relevant areas of operation.
