Your administrator will have set up your standard email signature block for your email communications. You may also have the ability to edit the signature block to suit your professional and legal requirements.

Locate your account name at the top right of your screen
- Click on your name to open the drop down list.
- Click on Account Settings to open a new Account Settings window
- Click [Edit] to unlock the signature block editor.
- Click [Reset] to clear any current content. Use caution and use [Cancel] if necessary to revert to the standard signature block.
- Edit those items required. Do remember to maintain corporate polices.
- Click [OK] to save and close the window.
Do consult your administrator or up-line manager before making changes that might be covered by corporate policies or legal requirements in your jurisdiction of operation/residence.
