Explore the Property Edit view

Use the property edit view to add further information necessary to complete the property details and to check and confirm accuracy prior to publishing the property to your subscribed web portal(s). Use the edit view to add a property description, additional details, property images and attach documents.

Property Edit view

  1. Properties Work Area Summary Header  -  Summarises the property address, key property details and current status.
  2. Properties Work Area Menus  -  Shortcuts to the relevant area of interest within the work area.

Accounts Summary view - header and menus are found on the left side of your work area.

  1. [Actions]  -  click to upload the selected property to one of the connected Real Estate Portals linked to your CompleteEmpire subscription. Upload and view logs.
  2. [Summary]  -  click to proceed to the Property Summary view.

Opportunities Opportunities created from the property sale or seller

Documents Specific documents related to the property

Property Sales edit view property details window. Add as much information and reconfirm existing entries.

  1. Complete and or edit required fields. Add as much information and reconfirm existing entries.
  2. Provide information for publication to the website and real estate web portals.
  3. Complete and or edit required fields.
  4. Status  -  click the relevant status button.
  5. Click relevant approval boxes as required.
  6. Add notes as required.
  7. Click [Save] to save all changes to the property sales details.

  1. Seller - details of the property owner or authorised entity handling the sale for an estate.
  2. Tabs to edit details relating to the seller  -  click to open a new panel.
    • {Reassign} - reassign the seller, confirmation required
    • {Edit Account} - directly edit the account details for the seller
    • {Edit Seller} - edit the creation date for the property sale
    • {Required Documents} - add a list document that are required for the process of a property sale such as proof of identity
    • {Unsubscribe Options} -  edit the consent for email subscriptions
  3. History and history filters for the seller.

Edit the property window. Add as much information and reconfirm existing entries.

  1. Select the Development if applicable.
  2. Use the Address Search to locate the property using Google.
  3. Complete and or edit required fields and add as much specific property detail as possible.
  4. Click [Save] to save all changes to the property details.

  1. Contact Logs related to the property sale.
  2. [Edit]  -  click to open the edit view for the property.
Expand or collapse content Opportunities
  1. Opportunities  -  lists opportunities created as a result of the current work.
  2. [Notify]  - click to create a notification for the highlighted opportunity.
  3. [View Summary]  -  opens the summary view of the highlighted opportunity, also double click or click on small arrow to left of the opportunity in the grid.
  4. [Create New]  -  create a new opportunity directly from the work which automatically links contacts logs from your current work to the opportunity.
  5. [Edit]  -  opens the edit view of the opportunity.
  6. [Delete]  - delete the highlighted opportunity. Confirmation [Yes/No] required.
  7. [Refresh]  -  click to refresh the opportunity panel.

  1. Add images to the property profile. Drag and drop your property images to upload.
  2. Select files from your computer to upload.

Attach documents to the property profile select files from your computer, drag and drop files here or search the DMS. Search the attached documents

To add documents to the work there are three options:-

  1. [Select files] to open a new file browser window to add external documents to to the work of the account. Or...
  2. Drag and drop into the marked box or...
  3. Search the DMS - enter at least 3 characters and filter using tags to locate your files and attach to the work for the account.

To search within the attached documents:-

  1. Search within documents that have been attached to the work for the account.
  2. Filter using tags that have been added to the document attached to the work for the account
  3. [Search] - to search within documents that have been attached to the work for the account.
  4. [Clear Search] to clear the search criteria, text and tags.
  5. Sort filtered results by file name or upload date.
