Explore the Prospects view

The prospects view lists all potential buyers, developments and home design available within CompeteEmpire. Quickly review prospective purchases and available properties for sale.  New enquiries can be created from prospective buyers imported from a sales marketing campaign.  You have the option to import details from sales campaigns directly. Prospects includes three tabs Buyers, Properties and Home Designs enabling a quick search and filter of not only the buyers but available properties listed within a new development and home designs (non development type property and new builds), that can be matched to the buyer within the single work activity area.

  1. Click {Sales} > {Prospects} -  to open Prospects view at the Buyers tab.
  2. Prospects Work Area Header.
  3. Prospects Work Area Quick button group.
  4. Search Panel  -  Opens automatically when the Prospects view is selected.
  1. The Advanced Search Panel automatically opens in the Prospects view. Close using the [Right Close Arrow] a grey icon to the left of the Search Panel header.
  2. Grid headings are interactive and can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking once. The column which has been sorted will be marked with an arrow – up for ascending and down for descending.
  3. The grid column titles can also be sorted by clicking on the (ellipses) three dots to the right of the title.
  4. A drop-down box appears and the user can also choose to remove or add column headings to change the grid view.
  5. Columns can be reordered by clicking and holding down the mouse on the grid title and dragging it into its new position. Column widths can be adjusted by clicking and dragging the vertical border of the grid title.

Prospects - Quick Access button group

  1. [New Sale Enquiry] -  opens the New Sale Enquiry quick entry window. Refer to Create a Sale Enquiry
  2. [Campaign Import]   -  opens a window to select and import a selected sales campaign buyer database.
  3. [View History]  -  opens the highlights buyers history view. Same as clicking the arrow in the highlighted grid view.
  4. [Refresh]  -  refresh the displayed screen to review changes. 

Prospects - Search Panel

  1. The Advanced Search Bar is automatically opens in the Prospects view.
  2. Use [Right Close Arrow] a grey icon to the left of the Search Panel header to close the Search Panel.
  3. Expand the available search criteria fields by clicking on the open folder down arrow for Property/Home Building. Note that at least one search field criteria must be selected or entered to enable the database search.
  4. Click [Search] button or {Search} at top of the window.

Prospects Tabs

  1. Buyers - lists prospective buyers created after a sales campaign.
  2. Properties - lists all available properties that are part of a development and available to be presented to the buyer.
  3. Home Designs - lists all available home designs - properties not considered or listed as a development that are available to be presented to the buyer.
Expand or collapse content Buyers

Buyers in the Prospects view are created by importing the contacts from a marketing campaign. From the prospects list a new sales enquiry can be created using the Quick Action buttons.

Expand or collapse content Properties

Displays available development properties based on the search criteria with properties are added via the Development module - Create a New Development or via the Sales module Create a New Property.

Create a Sale Enquiry  - for a property

Expand or collapse content Home Designs

Displays non development properties or new builds based on the search criteria with the properties added via the Home Building module - Create a new Home Design

Create a Sale Enquiry  - for a new home build
