The Work Area Header is always visible to users of CompleteEmpire and access to Support is available via the headset icon.

  1. Headset icon. Click [Headset] icon to open the Knowledge Base in a new window.
  1. Search the Knowledge Base  - enter your search term and click the spyglass icon

The Knowledge Base is arranged in Categories - Manuals - Chapters and Articles

  1. Categories - Introduction to CompleteEmpire - User Guides - Core User Modules - Work Modules etc.
  2. Manuals - User Guides, Work Modules, Administration etc.
  3. Quick links to articles based on current selection in manuals or chapters.
  1. Chapters - based on the CompleteEmpire main menu navigation or as necessary depending on the manual.
  2. Articles  - explore the view....  or how to articles.....
  1. Articles -  each article contains screenshots, annotations to assist in the explanations provided. Color coded paragraphs indicate, steps, information, alerts, tips and warnings as appropriate.
  2. Note the use of Orange circle annotations for labels that link to the following paragraph to explain what you see or the function of any button, link or icon visible in the screen shot above.
  3. Note the use of Black circle annotations for steps that are necessary to achieve an outcome. They relate to the following paragraph and explain the process by way of the screen shots provided.
