The Lead Allocation view provides a snapshot of leads that have been created but as yet not allocated to anyone to follow-up and qualify. An example would be a large volume of leads generated as a result of a event or EDM campaign or a property sale open house. A very large number of leads can be sorted, assessed and quickly assigned using this view.
Lead Allocation view
- Open the Lead Allocation view from the Main Menu - {Opportunities}>{Lead Allocations}.
- Opportunities tab - lists all opportunities captured but yet to be referred for further action. This is a standard tab.
- Optional tabs - lists opportunities created as a result of activity through modules that are associated with the account sign in credentials.
- Referred By - Select from drop down list as required. Leads are only displayed if either Referred By or Referred To fields are blank (Nobody).
- Referred To - Select from drop down list as required. Leads are only displayed if either Referred By or Referred To fields are blank (Nobody).
- [Edit Notification] - Notify button is only highlighted and available when both Referred by and Referred To fields have been allocated accounts. Click to open and edit the notification to the Referred To person or entity.
Opportunity Notification
If the [Notify] button is selected for the lead then a new Opportunity Notification window will be opened.
- These details will be pre-filled.
- Complete and edit the email notification as necessary.
- If you wish to CC the client, to confirm that an action has been initiated, you can tick the box.
- Click [OK] to send and notify the Referred To about the opportunity and optionally the referrer.
Note at this time headers/footers are not automatically added to these emails.
Opportunity Notification - once a notification email has been sent, after the lead has been allocated to someone for action the lead will be removed from the current view.
