Opportunities can be created in many ways but the Opportunities view is a easily accessible and with expansive search and filter tools you will be able to quickly focus on those opportunities of importance to you but can be reviewed by subscribers to your CompleteEmpire subscription. Use the Summary view to review and advance the opportunity to the relevant internal and external associates to ensure that your business can optimise contact with potential clients both new and existing.
Accessing the Opportunity Summary view
- Access the Opportunity Summary view by selecting from the Main Menu Opportunities >Opportunities to open the grid view, use the search panel as required to view the opportunities.
- Click the [View Summary] to open the Summary View of the highlighted opportunity. Or;
- Double click the highlighted opportunity in the grid.
Opportunity Summary View
- Summary panel for the opportunity - indicates the client, type of opportunity, the referrer and referred to associate and status.
- Opportunities Summary work area menu - shortcuts to Details, Account, Contact Logs and Notes for the opportunity.
- [Actions] - use to select {Create Contact Log} and {Notify} - create a new contact log and/or email message to notify the referred to associate of the opportunity or add updates.
- [Edit] - click to open the opportunity Edit view. Refer Exploring the Opportunities Edit view
- Use the thermometer to tag the opportunity as Any, Hot, Warm or Cold to enable a more focused approach to managing your opportunity.
- [Change Status] - colour coded quick action button to change the current status of the opportunity.
- [Advance to Enquiry] - colour coded quick action button to create an enquiry or change the status.
- Colour coded Status indication and [Change Status] action button to quickly change the current status of the opportunity.
- Drop down list of the available status choices and standard colour coding used by CompleteEmpire
- Colour coded enquiry [Advance to Enquiry] status button - drop down menu to select the next step in progressing the selected opportunity. Note that only the modules your subscribed to will be visible.

- Click the relevant work area button in the list to advance the opportunity to an Enquiry. Options list depends on the work activities assigned to you.
Opportunity Work Panel bookmarks

Details
- Details panel - details current status of the opportunity.
- Current Status for the Opportunity.
- Details of the opportunity present is a simple quick reference format.

- Notes - notes made with reference to the current opportunity.
Account
- Account - summary of the account
- The History panel will display all activity related to the account in view. The Quick Access buttons are filters that allow you to quickly view relevant activities of interest.

Contact Logs
- Contact Logs - contact logs related to the current opportunity.
- [Edit] - use the edit button to open the opportunity edit view. Refer Exploring the Opportunities Edit view
- Click [Refresh] - refresh notes to update to latest changes.
Notes
- Notes - notes related to the opportunity which are date stamped for reference
- [Edit] - use the edit button to open the opportunity edit view. Refer Exploring the Opportunities Edit view
