The Consulting module of CompleteEmpire facilitates the recording opportunities, contact logs, documents and billing for any work undertaken for a client. Example could be a a management consulting practice that wishes to keeping a full record of all activity related to their clients. Maintain a document system, manage invoices and track opportunities.
- Click {Consulting} < {Works} - to open the Consulting works view.
- Click [Create New] in the Consulting works view Quick button group to open the New Consult window.
OR
- Click on [Create New] in the Quick Actions button group in the Work Area Header (breadcrumb bar) and click {Consulting Work} to open the New Consulting Work window. This can be done from anywhere within CompeteEmpire.
- Complete as many fields as possible noting that fields outlined in red are mandatory.
- Click [OK] to save the new consulting work. This will open the consulting edit view for the client. At this point additional information can be added. The Edit view can be accessed anytime in the future to add or edit information as required.
At this point you have created the work and can proceed to updates the status, add additional information, create new opportunities from the work, add documents, allocate work to others, prepare invoices and record payment.
The Summary/Edit view for Consults client account can be accessed anytime in the future to add or edit information as required.
