Each Works module has a Debtor Statement that can be quickly prepared for all work with an outstanding payments due based on the {Overdue (days)} selected for all unpaid accounts. A template should be saved and used and the account details prefilled using merge fields within the body text of the email.
- Click {Consulting} > Debtor Statements to open the Debtor Statements view.
- Select and complete the header details as appropriate noting that all fields are mandatory (red outline).
- Prepare the body text for the email using the provided tools including mail merge tag.
- Use the template tools to save or edit and load templates for the body text above. Available merge fields are related to the current Work module.
- Click [Send] to send the email. A warning message pop up will advise that the action cannot be reversed.
