The Consult Summary view details the current status of the work and all information related to the consultancy work for the client account. Documents associated with the account are available and as well and can be quickly added or edited. The current status of the work can be updated quickly from this view and you may quickly access the account history.
- Use the breadcrumbs in the Work Area header to track the account being worked on and the current status.
- Work Area Summary Header - summarises your current work for the account.
- Work Area Summary Menu - provides a bookmark to quickly access further work panels or windows.
- Work Area - your main area of work comprising several panels or windows.
Work Area Summary Header
- Consulting summary - client account, project manager and the service type and status.
- [Actions] - quick access to
- {Client} - Send Opt-in and Client Portal Access
- {Create New} - Contact Logs or Documents
- {Invoice} - {View} or {Send}
- {Receipts} - from available invoices {Select Inv#} then either {View} or {Send}
- {View Logs} - view provider resources/status information
- [Edit] - quickly open the Edit view for the client accounts.
Work Area Summary Menu
- Consults Summary Menu- shortcuts to the relevant area of interest within the work area. Detailed explanation provided in the table and via the links below.

- Current Status and last update and by whom.
- Indicates appointments set and click to create new appointment.
- [Change Status] - click to open a drop down list which depending on work done can be used to advance the work.
- Details - summary of key information for the consultancy work. Note the information is dependent on status and data entered such as custom labels etc.
- [Edit] - click to open the Consultancy edit view to make changes.
- Client information from the CRM Account data.
- History window - use the filter buttons to quickly review the clients interaction with the business.
- Click on name or the pen icon or [Edit]- opens the client account at the Edit view in the CRM.
- Log that lists actions taken and time allocated.
Opportunities - lists opportunities created as a result of the current work.
- [Edit] - click to open Consulting edit view at the opportunity window.
Summary of Work Allocations(excluding GST/VAT) - lists work allocations, rates, work hours and work fees.
- [Edit] - click to open the Consulting edit view at the Work Allocations panel.
- When present, dependent on status, this panel will list payments made - date, receipt number, descriptions etc.
- [Edit] - click to open the Consulting edit view at the Payments panel.
- Summary of disbursements related to the work- select from drop down list. Refer to Lookups to add new types.
- [Edit] - click to open the Consulting edit view at the Disbursements panel.
Contacts - with consultancy work there may be third parties who will be involved in the work for client account. Contacts lists their details to be recorded in one place and to be associated with the work.
- [Edit] - click to open the Consulting edit view at the contacts window.
To add documents to the work there are three options:-
- [Select files] to open a new file browser window to add external documents to to the work of the account. Or...
- Drag and drop into the marked box or...
- Search the DMS - enter at least 3 characters and filter using tags to locate your files and attach to the work for the account.
To search within the attached documents:-
- Search within documents that have been attached to the work for the account.
- Filter using tags that have been added to the document attached to the work for the account
- [Search] - to search within documents that have been attached to the work for the account.
- [Clear Search] - to clear the search criteria, text and tags.
- Sort filtered results by file name or upload date.
Notes - notes added to the work. Notes are timestamped for compliance and tracking.
- [Edit] - opens the Consulting edit view at the Details tab.
