Create a timesheet entry from your calendar

Entries in your calendar can be quickly added to your timesheet directly from the calendar view.

  1. Click {Calendar} in the Main Menu - to open the Calendar view.
  2. Right click the calendar entry
  1. Click {Add Timesheet Entry}
  1. Select the Project from the available choices noting that you can sort by entering text within the field. Note that if your calendar entry had been created from the work then this field is already registered and needs no action.
  2. Select the Task from the available choices dependent on the selection above.
  3. Click [OK] to add to your timesheet. A confirmation pop up will acknowledge the entry.
