CompleteEmpire offers a fully integrated property management solution providing a fast and efficient overview of your businesses portfolio of properties under your management. It includes integration into the CompleteEmpire tool set for managing opportunities through to delivering a first class service for your landlords and providing you with opportunities to expand your relationship with your clients.
Note the tool is not designed to manage properties day to day but to manage your clients and their property portfolios.
- Rentals>Managements - opens the Managements view.
- Search for properties under management using the search panel. Opens automatically when opening the Management view.
- Management Quick action button group.
- Managements Grid View - List of properties under management by that can be sorted by column header.
Selecting a Property Management
- Select property by clicking once anywhere in the displayed entry. Double click to open immediately into the Management Summary view. Or click the [View Summary] button.
- The Search Bar offers a number of filters to assist in searching for relevant managed property, at least one filter must be entered.
- Use the Open/Close arrow icon to manually open and close the search panel.
Managements view quick action button group
- [View Summary] - open to the Summary view. Refer to Explore the Managements Summary View
- [Goto Property] - open the property details view.
- [Create New] - opens a window for the creation of a new property management. Refer to Create a New Property Management
- [Edit] - opens to the Managements Edit view. Refer to How to edit a Managed Property
- [Delete] - deletes the management from the management view. Requires a Yes/No acknowledgment.
- [Real Estate Portals] - direct links to real estate web portals. Dependent on subscription and administration configuration. Refer to Upload a Rental Property to a online Portal
- [Refresh] - refresh the grid view after changes.
