The Rentals Property view lists all the properties added and that are for lease or managed by your business currently or in the past. Use the extensive search and filter options to quickly identify properties that are available to lease in a particular location, status or the landlord and current managing agent. Edit your properties details and control listings on subscribed property portals.

1. Rentals>Properties  -  opens the Rental Properties view.
2. Search for properties using the search panel. Opens automatically when opening the Properties view. Use the Open/Close panel arrow icon.
3. Properties Quick action button group.
4. Properties Grid View  -  List of properties that that can be sorted by column header.

Grid headings are interactive and can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking once. The grid column titles can also be sorted by clicking on the (ellipses) three dots to the right of the title. A drop-down box appears and the user can also choose to remove or add column headings to change the grid view. Columns can be reordered by clicking and holding down the mouse on the grid title and dragging it into its new position. Column widths can be adjusted by clicking and dragging the vertical border of the grid title.

1. [View Summary]  -  open to the Summary view. Refer to Explore the Rental Property Summary View
2. [Edit]  -  opens to the Edit view.  Refer to Explore Rental Properties Edit View
3. [Delete]  -  deletes the management from the management view. Requires a Yes/No acknowledgment.
4. [Delete Upload]  -  removes property from publication to a the real Estate portals.
5. [Real Estate Portals]  -  direct links to upload to real estate web portals or view logs. Dependent on subscription and administration configuration. Refer to Upload a Rental Property to a online Portal
6. [Refresh]  -  refresh the grid view after changes.
