Explore the Managements Edit View

CompleteEmpire offers a fully integrated property management solution providing a fast and efficient over view of your businesses portfolio of the properties under your management. It includes integration into the CompleteEmpire tool set for managing opportunities through to delivering a first class service for your landlords and providing you with opportunities to expand your relationship with your clients

Open a selected property under management in the Edit view

  1. Rentals>Managements  -  opens the Managements view.
  2. Select property by clicking once anywhere in the displayed entry. Right click to open a menu and select {Edit] or the [Edit] button in the Work Area Quick Actions button group..

Managements Property Edit view

Managements Edit view  -  header and menus are found on the left side of your work area.

  1. Managements Work Area Edit Header  -  summarises the landlords name, ID#, address of rental, agency, property manager and workflow status.
  2. Managements Work Area Menus  -  shortcuts to move the focus to the relevant area of interest within the work area.
  3. Managements Work Area  -  details related to the property under management.

Actions button  -  

  1. Create a new contact log or document; or
  2. Open and transact with any real estate portal available to you.
Bookmarks Brief Description
Work Flows Indicates current and past status of the management work.
Management Details Summary of the key details of the property under management, the agency and the manager.
Landlord Landlord details and contact information as well as the contact history.
Property Published Property details on public website or property portal. 
Contact Logs Contacts Logs relevant to the management of the property.
Opportunities Opportunities related to the management of the property or the landlord.
Contacts Related contacts for the property including third parties and service providers.
Documents Documents related to the management of the property.
Expand or collapse content Work Flows
  1. Click [Change Status] to open the drop down menu.
  2. Click {status} to open the Change Status - window. Note use Lookups to customise to your business requirements.
Expand or collapse content Management Details

Management Details - displays all pertinent details of the property under management.

  1. Update and edit all details related to the management or lease of the property.
  2. Add private notes as required.
  3. Click [Save] to save any changes
  4. Alternatively click the floppy disc icon to save and changes.
Expand or collapse content Landlord

Landlord - displays current information about the Landlord and relationships to the business. Depending on your suer login credentials the tabs in the heading may or may not be visible.

  1. To change account details click the pen icon to open the Accounts Edit view.
  2. Use the filters to view the account history related to the current work activity.
  3. Click [Reassign] to open a new window and change the landlord. Example would be if the property was sold.
  4. Click [Edit Account] to open a new window and edit the landlords account details.
  5. Click [Edit Landlord] to open a new window and edit the landlords activity details.
  6. Click [Unsubscribe Options] to  remove or enable consent to be contacted by email. Applicable to marketing communications.

Property - displays the key property details and features.

  1. Clock the property address to open the Properties Edit view to update details.
Expand or collapse content Contact Logs

Contacts - list any related contacts for the property under management e.g. builders, gardeners, a/c service provider etc.

  1. Click [Create New] to open a new contact log window and create a new contact log. Refer to Creating a Contact Log in a specific Work Area
Expand or collapse content Opportunities

Opportunities  - lists any opportunities that have been initiated as a result of the current work.

  1. [View Summary]  -  opens the highlighted opportunity in the Opportunity Summary view.
  2. [Create New] to open the New Contact window to add a new opportunity directly.
  3. [Edit] to open and edit an existing highlighted opportunity directly within the Managements Edit view. The same can be achieved by clicking the small arrow to the left of the opportunity or double clicking the opportunity.
  4. [Delete]  -  delete existing highlighted opportunity.
  5. [Refresh]  -  refresh the view after any changes.
Expand or collapse content Contacts

With a property managements there will be many third parties who will be involved and the Contacts section allows for their details to be recorded in one place and to be associated with the property.

  1. [Create New]  -  opens the New Contact window
  2. [Edit]  -  open and edit an existing highlighted contact.
  3. [Delete]  -  delete existing highlighted floor plan.
  4. [Refresh]  -  refresh the view after any changes.
Expand or collapse content Documents

To add documents to the work there are three options:-

  1. [Select files] to open a new file browser window to add external documents to to the work of the account. Or...
  2. Drag and drop into the marked box or...
  3. Search the DMS - enter at least 3 characters and filter using tags to locate your files and attach to the work for the account.

To search within the attached documents:-

  1. Search within documents that have been attached to the work for the account.
  2. Filter using tags that have been added to the document attached to the work for the account
  3. [Search] - to search within documents that have been attached to the work for the account.
  4. [Clear Search] to clear the search criteria, text and tags.
  5. Sort filtered results by file name or upload date.
