Properties that have been added to the property database are visible and searchable using the Properties view in CompleteEmpire. Use the Summary view to review the property details and related activity, details of the landlord, manage the property on any linked web portals, attach documents relevant to the property and add personal notes.
Rental properties listed are created and added via the Managements view, to add a property please proceed to use [Create New] in the Work Area Quick button group and selecting {Rental Management Enquiry} from the drop down list. Refer to Creating a New Property Enquiry.

Summary view
Work Area Summary Header and Menu
Accounts Summary view - header and menus are found on the left side of your work area.
- [Actions] - click to upload the selected property to one of the connected Real Estate Portals linked to your CompleteEmpire subscription. Upload and view logs.
- To proceed to the Edit view you click the [Edit] button .
- Properties Work Area Summary Header - Summarises the property address, key property details and current lease status.
- Properties Work Area Menu - Shortcuts to the relevant area of interest within the work area.

- Details panel lists the key property information and location.
- Landlord - displays current information about the Landlord and relationships to the business.
- Landlord History - review activity related to the account. Filter by activity. Note the options will depend on your user account log in status.
- Documents - displays all property related document attached to the property. Use the search fields to search for specific documents by file name and or filter by tags. Sort by File name or upload date. Select and attach new documents.
To add documents to the work there are three options:-
- [Select files] to open a new file browser window to add external documents to to the work of the account. Or...
- Drag and drop into the marked box or...
- Search the DMS - enter at least 3 characters and filter using tags to locate your files and attach to the work for the account.
To search within the attached documents:-
- Search within documents that have been attached to the work for the account.
- Filter using tags that have been added to the document attached to the work for the account
- [Search] - to search within documents that have been attached to the work for the account.
- [Clear Search] - to clear the search criteria, text and tags.
- Sort filtered results by file name or upload date.
- Notes - displays any notes made when adding the property or when added in the Edit view for the property.
- Click [Edit] to open the Property Edit view at the details panel so added or edit any notes for the property.
