CompleteEmpire offers a fully integrated property management solution providing a fast and efficient over view of your businesses portfolio of the properties under your management. It includes integration into the CompleteEmpire tool set for managing opportunities through to delivering a first class service for your landlords and providing you with opportunities to expand your relationship with your clients
Open a selected property under management in the Summary view
- Rentals>Managements - opens the Managements view.
- Select property by clicking once anywhere in the displayed entry. Double click to open immediately into the Management Summary view. Or click the [View Summary] button.
Managements Property Summary view
Managements Summary view - header and menus are found on the left side of your work area.
- Managements Work Area Summary Header - summarises the landlords name, ID#, address of rental, agency, property manager and workflow status.
- Managements Work Area Menus - shortcuts to move the focus to the relevant area of interest within the work area.
- Managements Work Area - details related to the property under management.
Actions button -
- Create a new contact log, or
- Open and transact with any real estate portal available to you.

- Click [Change Status] to open the drop down menu.
- Click {status} to open the Change Status - window. Note use Lookups to customise to your business requirements.
Management Details - displays all pertinent details of the property under management.
- Click [Edit] to open the Managements Edit view to update details.
Landlord - displays current information about the Landlord and relationships to the business.
- Click [Edit] to open the Managements Edit view to update details.
- Landlord History - review activity related to the account. Filter by activity. Note the options will depend on your user account log in status.
Property - displays the key property details and features.
- Click [Edit] to open the Managements Edit view to update details.
Activity Logs - lists all activities directly related related to the Property Management work being undertaken.
- Click [Edit] to open the Managements Edit view to update details.
Opportunities - lists any opportunities that have been initiated as a result of the current work.
- Click [Edit] to open the Managements Edit view to update details.
With a property managements there will be many third parties who will be involved and the Contacts section allows for their details to be recorded in one place and to be associated with the property.
- Click [Edit] to open the Managements Edit view to update details.
Documents - displays all property related document attached to the property. Use the search fields to search for specific documents by file name and or filter by tags. Sort by File name or upload date. Upload new documents.
To add documents to the work there are three options:-
- [Select files] to open a new file browser window to add external documents to to the work of the account. Or...
- Drag and drop into the marked box or...
- Search the DMS - enter at least 3 characters and filter using tags to locate your files and attach to the work for the account.
To search within the attached documents:-
- Search within documents that have been attached to the work for the account.
- Filter using tags that have been added to the document attached to the work for the account
- [Search] - to search within documents that have been attached to the work for the account.
- [Clear Search] - to clear the search criteria, text and tags.
- Sort filtered results by file name or upload date.
Notes - Add any private notes.
- Click [Edit] to open the Managements Edit view to update details.
