Within the Developments and Syndicates modules of CompleteEmpire a new feature has been added. A Opportunity Activity window has been included in the respective Summary views for a development or a Syndicate.
In the display you can see all Opportunities relating to the Development or Syndicate and if the opportunity has advanced to an enquiry (Shown as a green tick). This will enable you to quickly see and review informal and formal sales leads created for the development project or the syndicate.
- Opportunity Activity - added to the Work Area bookmark menu.
- Opportunity Activity - window now included in the Summary View for the development or in the Syndicates Summary view .
- Status - Current status of the opportunity
- Green tick if the opportunity has converted to a Sales Enquiry.
Review Lookups
If you cannot select the development or syndicate when creating the opportunity review your Lookups and ensure that the Enquiry Type has been assigned to the Opportunity Type. In doing this, the Opportunity will have the Development, Property or Syndicate selection box visible in the Opportunity so it can be selected by the user and then link through to the reporting option above.
- Locate Lookups within the Main Menu - {System} > {Lookups}.
- Select Opportunity Types.
- Use [Edit] to select the Enquiry Type, Property Sales Development should be assigned to Enquiry Type “Development”, Property Sales Established assigned to Enquiry Type “Established” and Property Syndicates assigned to Enquiry Type “Syndicate”.
