The Fund Managements module is a fully featured financial accounting module that can be applied and used for any financial accounting requirement including property Fund Managements, managed funds etc.
You can:
- Run internal financial statement
- Automatically issue investment receipts and investment certificates
- Run a loan book register.
- Calculate Net Present Asset Value (NPAV) per unit.
- Allow you to calculate and create investor payment summaries for interest and distributions.
- Manage workflows and provide statistical analysis.
- Can be linked to the Project Management module for detailed planning.
- Link to expense management to track marketing and fund related expenses.
- Track opportunities and enquiries.
Fund Managements/Funds that have been added are visible and searchable using the Fund Managements view in CompleteEmpire. From this view new Fund Managements can be added, edited and viewed in detail. The search panel can be used to filter Fund Managements using a number of applicable criteria.
A property Fund Management is a group of people who collaborate together to create something that may not have been possible on their own. It requires the right development land, location, design team, project management team to maximise the site potential and a group of investors to realise that potential and minimise risk for all parties.
- Click {Fund Managements} - to open the Fund Managements view. Find Fund Managements under Fund Managements in the Main Menu.
- Fund Managements Work Area Header.
- Fund Managements Work Area Quick button group.
- Search Panel - Opens automatically when the Fund Managements view is selected.
- The Advanced Search Bar is automatically opens in the Fund Managements view. Close using the [Right Close Arrow] a grey icon to the left of the Search Panel header.
- Grid headings are interactive and can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking once. The column which has been sorted will be marked with an arrow – up for ascending and down for descending.
- The grid column titles can also be sorted by clicking on the (ellipses) three dots to the right of the title.
- A drop-down box appears and the user can also choose to remove or add column headings to change the grid view.
- Columns can be reordered by clicking and holding down the mouse on the grid title and dragging it into its new position. Column widths can be adjusted by clicking and dragging the vertical border of the grid title.
- [View Summary] - Opens the highlighted Fund Managements in the Fund Managements Summary view.
- [Create New] - Opens the New Fund Managements window.
- [Edit] - Opens the highlighted Fund Management in the Fund Managements Edit view.
- [Bin] - Deletes the highlighted Fund Management. Opens a confirmation window "Are you sure?" Yes/No.
- [Refresh] - Refresh the displayed screen to review changes.
- The Advanced Search Bar is automatically opens in the Fund Managements view.
- Use [Right Close Arrow] a grey icon to the left of the Search Panel header to close the Search Panel.
- Enter search criteria as required.
- Clear the search fields clicking [Clear Search] or the Clear Search link at top right.
