Explore the Fund Managements Summary view

The Fund Management Summary view details the current status and summarises the financials, investors, campaign expenses and financials. Documents associated with the Fund Management and notes are available as well and can be quickly added or edited. The current status of the Fund Management can be updated quickly from this view.

Summary view

To see the Fund Management Summary view double click the Fund Management as listed in the Fund Management view or click to highlight and click the [Summary View] button in the Fund Managements view quick button group.

Work Area Summary Header and Menu

  1. Fund Management Summary  -  key details about the Fund Managements including the current status.
  2. [Actions] - opens a drop down action to create new or open a project management window for the Fund Management.
  3. [Edit]  -  buttons to open the Fund Management edit view.
  4. Fund Management Work Area Menus  -  Shortcuts to the relevant area of interest within the work area.

Opportunity Activity

View opportunities relating to the syndicate and if the opportunity has advanced to an enquiry  (shown as a green tick).  Quickly see informal and formal sales leads created for the Syndicate.

Investments
View, create, edit and delete investments made into the syndicate by the syndicate investors
Financials
Summary accounts view for the syndicate
Documents
Lists attached documents with search and filter options
Notes
View personal notes related to the syndicate which are author and date stamped
Expand or collapse content Workflows
  1. Use the [Change Status ] button to update the Fund Management status.

Details tab summarises all important information related to the Fund Management

  1. Fund Management Name.
  2. Status.
  3. Click to open the related Development Summary view.
  4. Click the pen icon to open the related Development Edit view.
  5. Click [Edit] to open the the Fund Management Edit view.

Work Flow Plan tab details the estimated and actual start/finish dates.

Lists the marketing campaigns associated with the Fund Management.

  1. Click the arrow to reveal expense details.
Expand or collapse content Opportunity Activity

Lists the opportunities linked to the Fund Management.

  1. Click to edit the the opportunity.
  2. Once the opportunity has advanced to an Enquiry and work a green arrow will be added.

A reminder, that you can assign an Opportunity to a Development or Fund Management in your Opportunities Look Up table, you should have the Property Sales Development assigned to Enquiry Type “Development”, Property Sales Established assigned to Enquiry Type “Established” and Property Fund Managements assigned to Enquiry Type “Fund Management” as below.

In doing this, the Opportunity will have the Development, Property or Fund Management selection box visible in the opportunity so it can be selected by the user and then link through to the reporting option above.

The settings need to be done by an approved administrator.

Expand or collapse content Investments

The Investments tab lists all potential and current investors in the Fund Management/fund.  

  1. [View Summary]  -  Opens the highlighted Fund Management in the investors Investments Summary view.
  2. [Create New]   -   Opens the Create New investor window.
  3. [Edit]  -  Opens the highlighted Fund Management investor in the Investments Edit view. To amend the investors details etc.
  4. [Bin]  -  Deletes the highlighted investor. Opens a confirmation window  "Are you sure?" Yes/No.
  5. [Refresh]  -  Refresh the displayed screen to review changes.
Expand or collapse content Financials

The Financial tab summarises the Fund Management account details.

  1. Expand for the detail accounts list by clicking on the black arrow or the [Expand] button.
  2. Collapse the detail accounts list by clicking on the black arrow or the [Collapse] button.
  3. To edit the accounts click the [Edit] button to open in the Fund Management Edit view.

Within the account line entries you can right click on the header to expand (close) and review the detail accounts.

Expand or collapse content Documents

To add documents to the work there are three options:-

  1. [Select files] to open a new file browser window to add external documents to to the work of the account. Or...
  2. Drag and drop into the marked box or...
  3. Search the DMS - enter at least 3 characters and filter using tags to locate your files and attach to the work for the account.

To search within the attached documents:-

  1. Search within documents that have been attached to the work for the account.
  2. Filter using tags that have been added to the document attached to the work for the account
  3. [Search] - to search within documents that have been attached to the work for the account.
  4. [Clear Search] - to clear the search criteria, text and tags.
  5. Sort filtered results by file name or upload date.

  1. [Edit]  -  click to open at the Fund Managements Edit view  -  Details tab.
  2. Notes added in the Fund Managements Edit view  -  Details tab will be displayed here.
