Should a investor enquiry requires a change of account/entity then you can reassign that investment. An example could be a client investor deciding to invest via a super fund rather than a trust or to their personal account.
- Click {Syndicates} > {Investments}
- Scroll or select {Investor}
- Click the tab [Reassign] - this opens a new window - Search Accounts
- Search for new entity that you wish to reassign the investment to, use Accounts ID, Name, Email or Mobile.
- Select from the list the correct account.
- Click [OK]
- Click [Yes] to confirm.
- Confirm the change.
