Explore the Investor Summary View

The Investment Summary view details all pertinent information relating to the selected investment and the investors details and activity.

  1. Click {Syndicates} > {Investments} to view the Investment list view. Refer Explore the Investments view
  2. Use the Search Panel to filter and / or search for the investor.  
  3. Double click the Investor entry or click [View Summary] to open the Investment Summary view.

Account Summary view - header and menus are found on the left side of your work area.

  1. [Actions]  -  click to show options
    • {Create New} - Contact Log  or New Document from a template.
    • {Goto} - Open the associated syndicate or associated investment transaction.
    • {Statement} - view or send statement  to the client.
    • {View Logs} - view linked external portal activity logs.
  2. To proceed to the Edit view you click the [Edit] button .
  3. Select the investment opportunity status - Hot, Warm or Cold. Use for ease of management of your work.

  1. Click [Change Status] to open the drop down menu.
  2. Click {status} to open the Change Status - window. Note use Lookups to customise to your business requirements.

Investment Details - displays all pertinent details of the investment.

  1. Click [Edit] or pen icon to open the Investment Edit view to update details.

Investor - displays current information about the Investor and relationships to the business. Depending on your user login credentials the tabs in the heading may or may not be visible.

  1. To change account details click the pen icon to open the Accounts Edit view.
  2. Use the filters to view the account history related to the current work activity.
  3. Click [Reassign] to open a new window and change the landlord. Example would be if the property was sold.
  4. Click [Edit Account] to open a new window and edit the landlords account details.
  5. Click [Edit Landlord] to open a new window and edit the landlords activity details.
  6. Click [Unsubscribe Options] to  remove or enable consent to be contacted by email. Applicable to marketing communications.

Activity Logs - lists all activities directly related related to the investment work being undertaken.

  1. Click [Edit] to open the Investment Edit view to update details.

Opportunity - lists any opportunities that have been initiated as a result of the current work.

  1. Click [Edit] to open the Investments Edit view to update details.

With a syndicate investment there may be third parties who will be involved and the Contacts section allows for their details to be recorded in one place and to be associated with the current investment.

  1. Click [Edit] to open the Investments Edit view to update details.

Documents - displays all property related document attached to the investment. Use the search fields to search for specific documents by file name and or filter by tags. Sort by File name or upload date. Upload new documents.

To add documents to the work there are three options:-

  1. [Select files] to open a new file browser window to add external documents to to the work of the account. Or...
  2. Drag and drop into the marked box or...
  3. Search the DMS - enter at least 3 characters and filter using tags to locate your files and attach to the work for the account.

To search within the attached documents:-

  1. Search within documents that have been attached to the work for the account.
  2. Filter using tags that have been added to the document attached to the work for the account
  3. [Search] - to search within documents that have been attached to the work for the account.
  4. [Clear Search] - to clear the search criteria, text and tags.
  5. Sort filtered results by file name or upload date.

Notes - Add any private notes.

  1. Click [Edit] to open the Managements Edit view to update details.
