Explore Syndicate Receipts - Other Receipts

Receipts  - record income to the fund bank account and allocate to the correct account within the fund. Set budgets.

  1. To open click in the Main Menu {Syndicates} > {Receipts} > {Other Receipts}
  2. Tab {Other Receipts}  -  enter to view the receipt entry view and receipt allocations entry; a summary chart of budgetary v actuals.
  3. Tab {Budgets}  -  enter budgets for the syndicate/fund and to view a summary chart of budgetary v actuals.

Tab {Other Receipts}

  1. Select the Syndicate/Fund required.
  2. Entry panel for the receipt details.
  3. Select and enter the receipt account allocations (splits)
  4. Summary chart budget v actuals.
  5. Quick view of the account totals and expenses v budgets.

Tab {Budgets}

  1. Select the Syndicate/Fund required.
  2. Entry panel for setting each account budget.
  3. Summary chart budget v actuals.
  4. Quick view of the account totals and expenses v budgets
