Quickly compose a basic message from anywhere within CompleteEmpire using the Work Area Quick buttons. Note this is a quick and simple way of sending messages within CompleteEmpire with limitations noted below.
Messages is a simple internal message and with an option to send as an email system from within your CompleteEmpire subscription.
A Message is sent internally from you to another subscribers account. The recipient will receive an Alert in the Main Header as a CompleteEmpire subscriber and an email to advise them of a new message.
The option to send as an email means the it can be delivered to an external (non subscriber) account as long as a valid email address belongs to an existing account within your CompleteEmpire subscription.
The Quick Buttons are always available in whatever work area or activity you are currently in.
- Click [Compose Message] in the Work Area Header Quick Button block, this will open the Compose Message window.
- Search for the account by typing the name/email address/mobile phone number or by enter a valid email address in the search box. To delete a recipient added use the {x}.
- Subject - type subject of the message.
- Type your message.
- {Would you like to send as an email?} - Tick the box to send the message as an email. Note this is required to send as an email rather than internally within your CompleteEmpire subscription.
- Click [Send] - click to send as an email to send to non subscription subscriber accounts.
Messages / emails created and sent this way do not include the CREF reference to allow CompleteEmpire to track correspondence or to import emails.
To: and Subject: are required fields.
Messages / emails created using the Quick Button cannot include attachments.
Messages will only be sent users with accounts on your CompleteEmpire system. You have the choice to send as an email - click {Would you like to send as an email?}
NOTE: - If the user is not a registered user account within your CompleteEmpire subscription then the message will automatically be sent as an email.
