CompleteEmpire has a message/email capability that can be integrated into your current Microsoft 365 Outlook email application. Ordinarily you are encouraged to use the Contact Log system from within your work so that the link to your work is maintained. Messages/emails can be sent directly from the Messages module. Messages can be sent and received from your subscription members. Emails can be sent to everyone and visible if imported and the message contains a CRef in the subject line.

  1. From Main menu click {Messages} to open the Messages view that lists all your received messages.
  2. Work Area Header  -  Filter block  -  enter text to filter by subject and the [Filter by Unread]  - filter icon to only display unread messages.
  3. Work Area Header  -  Message control  block  -  compose, open, reply, delete, import controls.

  2. [Mark All as Unread]  -  click to mark all message as unread.
  3. [Mark as Read/Unread]  -  click to mark highlighted message as unread or as read. Alternates dependent on message status selected.
  4. [Read]  -  click to open highlighted message to read.
  5. [Reply]  -  click to open new message window to reply to the originator of the highlighted message
  6. [Reply All]  -  click to open new message window to reply to all recipients of the the highlighted message.
  7. [Forward]  -  click to forward the highlighted message to a new recipient.
  8. [Delete]  -  click to delete highlighted message.

  10. [Refresh]  -  click to refresh and download new messages.
  1. {Filter by Subject}  -  enter text to filter by the message subject.
  2. [Unread]  -  click to show only unread messages.

Grid view

  1. The grid column titles can also be sorted by clicking on the (ellipses) three dots to the right of the title. A drop-down box appears and the user can also choose to remove or add column headings to change the grid view.
  2. Grid headings are interactive and can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking once. The column which has been sorted will be marked with an arrow – up for ascending and down for descending.
  3. Columns can be reordered by clicking and holding down the mouse on the grid title and dragging it into its new position. Column widths can be adjusted by clicking and dragging the vertical border of the grid title.
