Contact logs are used to record every contact or interaction with made with an Account. Contact Logs cannot be edited to ensure security, accuracy, and to meet compliance obligations.
Contacts logs can be sent as an email and can include attachments and links to external websites.
Whenever you interact with your clients you need to capture as much relevant information as possible.
All Contact Logs are visible via the Menu Side Bar [Hamburger] and can be searched and filtered using the extensive options in the Search Side Bar. For ease and convenience, the process of generating and editing a contact log is consistent throughout Complete Empire.
