Using Surveys in Contact Logs

Contact Logs give you the opportunity to add any survey previously created.

In doing this the value of a Contact Log can be substantially increased to include information such as profiling, statistical data, task confirmation or any other data capture that may be relevant to your operations.

Surveys become visible based on Contact Log type selected  

  1. Type  -  select the correct Contact Type from the drop down list.
  2. Survey  -  when the Contact Type is selected the Survey field is highlighted.
  3. Any existing survey associated with the Contact Log Type will be selectable from the drop down list.

If a Survey is not available but is required then proceed to Surveys for more information on Survey creation.
