History Quick Access buttons

Throughout CompleteEmpire and within every work module you will come across the account history window panel.  The History panel will display all activity related to the account in view. The Quick Access buttons are filters that allow you to quickly view relevant activities of interest.

Examples could be;

View all contact logs with the account or all events the account has attended or work area related activities like Tax Work.

Quick Access button group

Button Functionality

Click any presented button to filter and display only the activity selected.

Button Description

1.  All

No filter applied - a full summary of past activity excluding contact logs and surveys.

2.  Events

Events that the account has registered for and attended.

3.  Campaigns

Email campaigns the account has received and whether or not they opened the email.

4.  Contact Logs Contacts logs relating to the account and allows a new entry to an existing communications group.
5   Surveys

Surveys sent or completed with responses.

6.  Opportunities Opportunities created for the account with current status.
Module specific history Note the below buttons will only be visible for the modules applicable to your user login credentials
7.  Investments

Investment enquiries and current status.

8.  Sales Sales enquiries and current status.
9.  Rental Managements Property management enquiries.
10.  Consulting

Consulting work and current status.

11.  Finances Finance and lending enquiries and current status.
12.  Financial Planning Financial planning work and enquiries and current status.
13.  Tax Works

Tax work and accounting work and current status. 

Each item offers the option to click through to the full detail view.
