How to share a Contact Log with an external partner or agent

An external partner or agent cannot ordinarily see individual contact logs. To ensure that the partner can see a particular contact log they need to be added to the visibility field in the contact log.

  1. Click the field {Visibility} { Select whom has visibility beyond the person who made the contact...} to select the external partner or agent/person.
  2. Click [Next]

Continue the Contact Log. The external party will be bale to view and reply to the contact log cluster of related emails.

Only members of the current subscription have visibility of the contacts logs. If you wish to share the contact log cluster with say an opportunity partner, agent or other relevant person then they must have been already been created as an Activity Partner to allow them to log into your CompleteEmpire account. Even if an Activity partner they will only be able to see this current contact log if selected.
