The Accounts view is the most powerful tool within CompleteEmpire enabling you to quickly and in one place, review your businesses current, past and future activities and relationship with your clients and associates it is an essential business requirement that the time is taken as soon as possible after a new account is added that additional details are captured and added.
Ordinarily when a new account is created you are asked if you wish to add more details by proceeding to the edit page and this is a prompt for you to take the opportunity to gather and add that information.
As dealings progress with the account the opportunity should also be taken to add additional details as they become available to you.
- Owned Properties - focus on Owned Properties panel.
- Owned Properties panel - listed the accounts owned properties, Any, Current and Sold displayed by clicking the respective tabs.
- [Create New] - click to open a new window to enter the new property details.
- [Edit] - click to edit the selected property details.
- [Delete] - click to delete the [property after a confirmation Yes/No request.
Adding a New Owned Property
- [Create New] - click to open a new window to enter the new property details.
- New Property window - enter as much detail as you can. All entries are self explanatory.
- [Save] - click to save your entry.
Editing a Owned Property
- [Edit] - click to open a details window of the highlighted property to edit the property details.
- Property window - edit as necessary.. All entries are self explanatory.
- [Save] - click to save your edit.
To delete the property use the [Delete] button in the Quick Action button bar.
