Use the Analytics view to review the performance of your campaigns. using a simple graphical presentation you can see how your your campaign has performed from a summary of opens, forward and prints to the timeline, recipients email client details, timeline of opens, time of engagement, Geo location and review the clients who have received the campaign, their actions and create further work/actions for that client.

Analytics view

  1. From the Main Menu click {Connect} < {Communications} < {Analytics} -  to open the Analytics view.
  2. Select your campaign from the drop down list to view.
  3. Bookmark panel - click to jump to the relevant panel view.
  4. Selected campaign analytics view.
Analytics Views Description
Actions Summary of actions by the recipients. Email opens, forwards and prints. Uee  for performance evaluation.
Summary Graphical displays of emails sent, bounced, failed to deliver and of emails opened, unopened and if a survey attached surveys completed. Use to review your client database and client engagement.
Timeline Graphical display of opens versus time since delivery of email. Important for analysis of your content and email subject lines.
Email Clients Displays of the email client , browser used when the email is opened, operating system and email clients used. Used to optimise your content delivery.
Engagement Display of time client engaged with the campaign as a percentage of all viewers.
GeoLocation Hotspots World map display of subscriber locations based on users IP address. Indicative only and use for targeting campaigns by timezone/location.
Recipients Reached Interactive view of the recipients. Offers list view of clients with a search feature. Click to open the client for more information including a view all interactions with that client via the history panel. Create new opportunities directly from the analytics view.  Edit completed surveys.
