How to send/run an Email Campaign

Once email and recipient list has been approved now have the ability to import merge fields, preview campaign and send to recipients.

  1. To open the Campaign view click {Connect} > {Communications} > {Campaigns}
  2. Select to highlight the relevant campaign.
  3. Select [Next] to move to the Recipients Tab, review recipients list.
  4. Select [Next] again to move to the Mail Merge tab.

Mail Merge

  1. Use the [Merge tags] button to select and insert the available merge tags that you had applied earlier and apply them to the campaign mail template.
  2. When satisfied click [Next]
  1. At the prompt click [Yes] to save your changes.

Preview the Campaign Email

  1. Preview the final rendition of the campaign email.
  2. Click [Run Campaign] to create the run job for the campaign email.

Send / Run Campaign

Either

  1. Click [Start Now] to run the campaign.

or

  1. Enter a start date and time.
  2. Enter a time zone.
  3. Click [OK] to run the campaign as the set time.
