Add a Registrant to an Event

From the Events view there are two methods of opening an event to edit it. CompleteEmpire allows you to view and edit individual events within the grid.

Click once to select the event and click the pen icon [Edit] to open at the Details tab and edit the event within the grid or click once to select and click the small down arrow on the left of the Sessions tab.

You can use the search bar criteria to locate an event.

The view consists of a number of tabs that open in new windows to enable editing, selection and creation options.

Events Grid View

  1. Click [Edit] to open the Events in a tabbed view with the details tab active.

OR

  1. Click {Arrow icon} to open the Events in a tabbed view with the sessions tab active.

Events Sessions Tabs

  1. If  tab not already open click the Sessions tab.
  2. Open the session detail view - click on the black arrow to open a detail view of the session. This lists the attendees.
  1. Click [Create New] to create open a drop down list of actions.
  2. Select {Event Registrant} to open another window to add a new attendee to this session
  1. Complete the fields as appropriate noting that some are mandatory. Add notes if required.
  2. Click [Save] to save the entry.

Continue to add more registrants. Ignore the tick box {Did they attend the session?}. There is a quick entry process can be used after the event to update this entry.
