Web/campaign generated opportunities (leads) can be automatically forwarded to another account for further action. This article explains how to configure your Lookups to process the opportunity.
To access the Lookups to add and edit you will need appropriate admin/manager rights assigned to your subscription log in credentials.
- In the Main Menu click {System}<{Lookups}
- Look for {Opportunities}
- Click on {Opportunity Types}
- Locate the relevant lookup to be edited. Example is 'Property Sale'.
- Click on [Edit] the pen icon. This will open a new window with two tabs, Details and Notifications.
- Click on Notifications
Under 'AUTOMATED NOTIFICATIONS WHEN WEBSITE ENQUIRIES RECEIVED'
- Alert To - select the account to be automatically notified by an alert. It is also used as the "from"email address for the Enquiry Email and for the Notify To email.
- Enquiry Email - select a customised email template to use for the alert (note that the Alert To email address will be used as the from address for the email). Useful if you wish to send a notification email back to the enquirer.
- Notify To - select the person to receive the lead and will be dealing with it.
- Click [Update] to save the changes.
