As an additional secure measure, users can enable MFA or Two Factor authentication for CompleteEmpire logins. This is optional and can be enabled individually by users.
- Log into CompleteEmpire as normal.
- Click on your Account name at top right of the window.
- Click on {Manage Account} in the drop down list to open a new window.
- Click on the [Add] Phone Number link to add a mobile number to your account. Add your mobile number. You will receive an SMS with a verification code. Add the code to complete the process. You will be redirected back the Manage Account page.
- Click [Enable] Two-Factor Authentication to enable MFA on your login.
MFA is now enabled on your login. Next time you login, you will now be sent a verification code to your mobile or by email which will be required before you can login.
